Pure Intensity is a unique fitness program. We’ll train you
at your house, your office or your school. OR..., You can come to us.
We offer an intense hour of pure cardiovascular, strength and
flexibility training Monday through Friday.
Our trainers will
help you determine your fitness goals and then map out a customized,
realistic route for your journey, one month at a time. We will keep
close tabs on your progress. Your Pure Intensity workout buddies will
also encourage you to aspire to new levels of fitness. No ruts allowed.
We’re
purely intense, but we have fun. We sweat. We laugh. We run hard. We
